Registration Fee
Registration fee for the 39th Visual Communication Conference (VisComm) in 2025 at Estes Park, Colorado, will be $300.
With these funds, meals will be provided on Thursday (breakfast/lunch/dinner), Friday (breakfast and lunch), and Saturday (breakfast/lunch/dinner). In addition, these fees will pay for conference room reservations and A/V expenses at the host site.
VisComm39 Scholarship
Based upon differences in institutional support for faculty members who attend VisComm, a scholarship in the amount of $250/person is being offered again this year; whereas some individuals are fully funded by their university/college for professional development, others are not.
Bobby Model Photojournalism Professorship
In the spirit of easing financial burdens and advancing visual communication, the Bobby Model Photojournalism Professorship at the University of Wyoming is available to reduce registration fees by 85%. Instead of paying $300/person, attendees who request a scholarship will only pay $50/person. To qualify for the scholarship, please indicate on your submission that you’re interested. The only requirement to receive an award is a thank you note to the donor. The total number of recipients will be limited to 25.
